GREGORY M. LEPORATI
Director of Alumni Relations and Volunteer Engagement
Gregory has more than a decade of experience in higher education communications and alumni engagement. As Associate Director, he manages the office’s social media presence, handles a variety of communications initiatives, and spearheads the creation of the office's career programs and events. Outside of Baruch, Gregory is a contributing motorsports and esports writer for publications including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and GQ. He holds a BA and MA in English Literature from St. John’s University.
OLGA BARSKAYA ('10)
Director of the FWA Mentoring Program
Since 2015, Olga Barskaya has served as the Director of the Financial Women's Association Mentoring Program at Baruch College. An alumna herself of Baruch and CUNY’s Macaulay Honors College, she previously served as manager of special events at Macaulay.
CATHERINE BONDARENKO ('24)
Student Coordinator
Catherine is an undergraduate student at Baruch College, studying entrepreneurship and working with the Alumni Relations team since October 2021. Catherine leads the Baruch & Beyond Roundtable series, recruits alumni for campus events, and communicates with professors, campus clubs, and students in order to engage and further develop an alumni network. Catherine hopes to pursue a career in music business management and enjoys meeting and connecting with new people.
KIMBERLY CHU, EdD
Director of the Executives on Campus Mentoring Program
Kimberly joined the Executives on Campus program in November 2014 and has over 19 years of experience working in Higher Education and CUNY. Kimberly holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration, a Master’s degree in Counseling from the City University of New York, Hunter College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University in Sociology with a minor in Business.
NEFTALIE DANIER
Associate Director of Alumni Relations
Neftalie earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Sports Management with a concentration in Marketing from Liberty University, Virginia in 2003. Prior to joining the Alumni Relations Staff at Baruch, she was an Assistant Manager for the Children's Athletic Training School in Manhattan.
SASHEY PIMENTEL ('15, MSEd '21)
Assistant Director of Volunteer and Network Relations
Sashey joined the Alumni Relations team in June 2022. She has previously worked as a CUNY EDGE advisor at Hostos Community College. She has also worked as an advisor, instructor, peer mentor coordinator and external partners coordinator for The Percy Ellis Sutton Search for Education, Elevation and Knowledge (SEEK) Program at Baruch College. She holds a BA degree in Corporate Communications from Baruch College along with a MSEd in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College. She is a proud alum and passionate about higher education.
KANTOMALALA RASEDOARA
Assistant Director, Exeucutives on Campus
Kanto joined the Executives On Campus program in June 2021. As a program manager, her role consists of supporting the Program Director with the recruitment, registration, selection, matching process and data management. She is also responsible for planning the production and logistics of events and professional development workshops during the school year. Kanto holds a BA in media communication studies from Lehman College and an MPA from The City College of New York.
MOLLY C. TURNER
Assistant Director, Alumni Relations
Molly has nearly a decade of experience in higher education and five years of experience in alumni relations. As Assistant Director, she manages the office’s email marketing and website in addition to providing support for a broad variety of communications. Outside of Baruch, Molly is a freelance entertainment journalist for publications including The Mary Sue, /Film, and Lambda Literary. She holds a BA and MA in Communication from Northeastern State University and an MFA in Creative Writing from The New School.
