![]() Message from the Director of Alumni Relations and Volunteer Engagement
Dear FIRSTNAME:
While the rest of the country grapples with its plans to reopen schools or continue with distance learning, Baruch College's Task Force for the Future was clear in its recommendation: stay online.
"At this point, we expect to be 99% online," said Interim Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs James McCarthy during an August 4 virtual Town Hall Meeting. Additional recommendations from President Wu's Task Force for the Future can be found on the Office of the President's website.
So, how will this impact Baruch alumni?
Resilience, grit, and determination are three characteristics that all Baruch alumni share. During these challenging times, we hope you are looking to the horizon and exploring what opportunities may arise, as with constriction comes creativity.
Stay cool, my friends, and see you online soon!
Janet B. Rossbach Director, Alumni Relations and Volunteer Engagement
