Lunchtime Webinar: Monday Mindfulness Reset

These are challenging times for everyone. A global pandemic. Hybrid classes. Return to the office and the great resignation. Not to mention all of the obligations you have to juggle under in increasing uncertainty. If you're feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by it all, we get it. Join us for a 30-minute Monday reset to slow down, get present, and be intentional in a safe space and in community with your peers as we mindfully set the tone to move through the week.
