From transforming shipping containers into multi-level art galleries to building film festivals in the Middle East, Gina’s background includes more than 15 years in designing vibrant, immersive experiences, experiential marketing, and organizational transformation with Emirates Airlines, Heineken, USA Network, iHeartMedia, The Tribeca Film Festival, Symphony Talent, and other leading brands.

Now in HR Technology, Gina has introduced an experiential mindset to not only transform a global organization’s customer and employee experience, but also to achieve market leadership and positively influence the HR Tech industry at large. Equipped with an innate curiosity and experience-centric approach, Gina is a strategic, inclusive visionary that illuminates the big picture with clarity on what it takes to get there. Most importantly, she tirelessly seeks opportunities to build meaningful, sustainable connections knowing that it’s often the smallest interactions that have the greatest impact. Alisha Brooks, a 2008 Baruch graduate, currently holds the role of Director of Talent at the Center for Popular Democracy. As a seasoned People professional with over 10 years of experience in the world of Human Resources, she is recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for relationship building, as well as for creating innovative inclusion and diversity programs with an organizational presence. Her focal points include people and program management strategies, training and development opportunities, equitable initiatives, and HRIS platform design and integration. Her passion lies with connecting with people and strategizing on how to foster an environment in which they can thrive.

Stefanie Trice Gill, MBA '06
Founder & Principal Diversity Recruiter
IntWork 

Stefanie is the Founder of IntWork, a unique diversity recruiting and executive search agency. Before starting IntWork. Previous to starting IntWork, she designed New York Health and Hospitals Corporation’s programs to ensure inclusion of immigrant communities. For this work, she received awards from CUNY and the Harvard Medical School/Mass Generals' Disparities Solutions Center and was featured in The New York Times.

Stefanie is passionate about discovering hidden talent and matching them with companies where they can grow. Her work has been inspired by the work of Upwardly Global and WES Global Talent Bridge. She speaks five languages, including French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Mandarin Chinese, and holds a MBA from Baruch/Zicklin School of Business.

 

A. SiminovskyAli Siminovsky ’10, PhD
Director of Product Science, The Predictive Index

Dr. Ali Siminovsky is the Director of Product Science at The Predictive Index, a talent optimization software company. In this role, Ali works to maintain and build upon the integrity of science in PI’s software through psychometric research, active product ideation, development, and testing, and front-of-house support and education. Ali’s research interests largely focus on employee selection and psychometric measurement, including interventions and designs to increase assessment and survey approachability and effectiveness.

Prior to joining The Predictive Index, Ali spent several years on the assessments and analytics teams at Novo Nordisk, primarily working with in-house clients to design and deploy hiring and developmental assessments. Ali completed her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia, and her B.B.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at CUNY Baruch College. Ali is based in Queens, New York.
